The Spirit

Healing Agent and Chief Occupant of Our Existence

from the moment we drew our first breath, when the gift of life began its’ pulsating

journey through our members, we humans have yearned for spiritual fulfillment.

Oh yes, for the wealthy who declare they made ‘it’ on their own, to the beggar who

knows he cannot, the center of our noblest longing is of the Spirit.

Like it or not, believe it or not, admit it or not, we are so much more than the flesh,

bones, ambition, and intellect that we transport around each day.

How can we overlook the potent and nurturing power of our innate spiritual engine?

It is not a celestial entity of the cosmos.  The Spirit is a ‘who’ that quickens and

keeps us alive.  How dare we consistently credit ‘something’ when the still small voice –

Spirit – is what nudges us to follow what is right and good.  Even when there is a

hole and an aching in our soul, we mere mortals must conclude, alas, that it is the abiding

Spirit that ushers in an inexplicable healing, canceling any destructive forethoughts.

The Spirit is an indomitable force, obliterating ethnicity, race, creed, faith, and …

options.

At this moment, and for the balance of our allotted days, know that the Spirit has

bequeathed to humanity a deep well of healing, restoration, wisdom, and nurturing.  Its’

treasured access is available to all.
